Treasuries on Etsy!

What I'm most excited about tonight is the treasury I just put together on Etsy.  It's a collection of work I curated with the theme of T.S. Eliot's poem The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock in mind, and you can view it here.  I referenced a lot of imagery from the poem, and I also tried to stick closely to the mood as well.  (For instance, let me tell you how hard it was to find a suitable mermaid: very hard indeed.)  I'd love to know what you think!

I've also put together two other treasuries recently.  The very first one I made was seaside themed.  I wanted to evoke the feeling of walking along the beach in the very early morning, when you're the only person there and the sky is just lighting up for the day.  You can view it here.  The second was very much influenced by a late night craving for something sweet and delicious, and it's full of desserts and candies and all manner of wonderfully tasty things.  You can salivate over that one here.

I've been having a blast putting these together, especially since I can pick out any theme I'd like.  Makes me wonder, if I went back for my Masters degree, is it possible I would enjoy some sort of Museum Studies oriented classes?  Because playing curator for these is pretty sweet.  (Alternately, maybe I could find some sort of a gig working for a magazine and picking out cool things for a theme...)

Anyway, in other news, my dear mother has returned from her lengthy vacation in Hawaii, so I've got access to the camera again!  I'll finally be able to photograph my new pieces and get them up on Etsy, and the rest of the internet as well.
