I'm also in the process of applying for yet another exhibition, and I've pulled up a list of about ten others and printed out each one's prospectus. At some point I'm going to have to take a break from calls from entries this year though, because I need to put together a at least a few pieces for my senior show this May. (Speaking of which, the show is made up entirely of crafts majors and is the first weekend in May at the University of the Arts. There will be a public reception that Friday, which is also First Friday, so there will be a ton of galleries open in Philadelphia.)
This week, I've also got much better detail shots for the Poison Dart Frog brooches. This one is probably my favorite. I really enjoyed making them, and I think that I'll be doing a few more, which will be strictly one of a kind, instead of in a tiny edition like this trio.
