February: Calls for Entries Rodeo

I've been on vacation, and since I can't convince my brain to not work, I've been running a few searches for calls for entries and turned up a ton of deadlines in March.  I'd intended to wait until the end of February to post, but since there are an entire five calls that have deadlines on March first, that seemed like a terrible idea.  I've left in the calls from the last post that haven't expired, just so you don't have to flip between posts (and neither do I).  Pretty sure I won't bother to run any searches until the end of March.  (...probably.)
